Jesus Christ is to be glorified in everything we do.  Campers need to see examples of a way of life different from that of today's world. Camp workers will not teach, condone, or personally use drugs, tobacco, or alcohol either on or off duty. We ask for and expect complete commitment on this.

Staff and volunteers are to represent their example to the campers by their words and lifestyles. We expect integrity, loyalty, and honesty. We strive for a ministry where all members are loyal to each other. Each worker agrees to report immediately any deviation from the camp's rules, policies, and practices by a camper or fellow camp worker. Such would be reported to the director for prayerful and loving consideration and action. When these are dealt with openly and considerately, God can use the situations to produce growth in the life of each person concerned.
